Return Policy
At FIVEZONES , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@fivezonestrade.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
For faster service, you may also visit our Returns Center (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We process exchanges only when the original item is returned and refunded.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge. Photos of the damage may be requested to expedite the process.
